This one-of-a-kind retreat welcomes everyone — students, teachers, professionals, enthusiasts, comeback players, part-time musicians, and late starters. Whether you perform on stage every week or are rediscovering your instrument after years away, you will find a supportive, non-competitive, and inspiring environment designed to help you grow.
Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Cayman Islands, you’ll spend a week immersed in brass playing, collaboration, and connection — all in a friendly atmosphere where sharing knowledge and love of music is at the heart of everything we do.

Rodney Marsalis - Founder, The Rodney Marsalis Philadelphia Big Brass
Rachel Vaduva - French Horn clinician, soloist and orchestral performer
Guest Artists include the world-class Associate Artists of The Rodney Marsalis Philadelphia Big Brass.
What to Expect
Each day is thoughtfully structured to balance inspiration, focused instruction, and community.
Masterclasses and seminars are in person and virtual with the world's leading brass players

5:45pm - 7pm dinner break
7:00pm - 8:30pm small ensembles coaching
You’ll return home not only as a stronger musician, but energized by meaningful musical connections from across the globe.
What’s Included
For non-Caymanian participants, your retreat fee includes:
- Lodging six nights
- Five days of seminars and masterclasses
- Ensemble rehearsals and small group instruction
Local Cayman participants will attend seminars and classes led by the Associate Artists of The Rodney Marsalis Philadelphia Big Brass.
